Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Affiliate Program provided by Aleksandar Pejasinović PR ASP DIGITAL (“Company”, “We”, “Our”).
By registering and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to all terms listed below.

1. Eligibility

To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate and valid information during registration.

  • Not engage in spam, fraud, bots, or any illegal promotional activity.

The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration & Approval

  • Affiliates must apply through the official Affiliate Registration page.

  • All accounts are manually reviewed and approved.

  • Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial or suspension.

 
3. Affiliate Dashboard

Once approved, affiliates gain access to their dashboard which includes:

  • Unique affiliate referral link

  • Click and sales statistics

  • Commission overview

  • Promotional materials (if provided)

 

4. Commission Structure

  • Standard commission rate: 15% per sale

  • Commissions are calculated only on the final product price (excluding taxes).

  • Commission is awarded based on the Last Affiliate Credit model (the most recent referral earns the credit).

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not generate commission.

  • Orders with a value of $0 do not generate commissions.

 

5. Cookies & Tracking

  • Cookie duration: 30 days

  • If the customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the commission is awarded.

  • Tracking may fail if the user blocks cookies, uses incognito mode, VPN, ad blockers, or deletes cookies.

 

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly forbidden from:

  • Sending spam emails or unsolicited messages

  • Using bots, fake traffic, forced clicks, or automated scripts

  • Misrepresenting themselves as company staff

  • Promoting pirated, leaked, or illegal content

  • Purchasing through their own affiliate link (self-referral)

  • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the system

Violations may result in immediate account termination and commission forfeiture.

7. Payouts

  • Minimum payout amount: $30 USD

  • Balances below $30 will roll over to the next payout cycle.

  • Payouts are processed manually via:
    Paxum, Wise, Crypto, or PayPal (depending on availability).

  • Payouts are typically issued once per month.

  • Affiliates must provide accurate payment details (payment email or wallet).

 

8. Refund Policy

  • If an order is refunded, the associated commission is automatically revoked.

  • Commissions for refunded orders will not be paid.

  • If a commission was already paid out, the refunded amount will be deducted from future commissions.

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate affiliate accounts

  • Withhold or freeze commissions

  • Revoke access to the dashboard

if any violation, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

10. Modification of Terms

The Company may update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Acceptance

By registering and using your affiliate link, you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
