4. DMCA & Content Removal Policy

4.1 DMCA Notices

If you believe content on WetPlace infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@wetplace.me containing:  

4.1.1 Your contact details.  

4.1.2 URLs of the allegedly infringing material.  

4.1.3 A statement of ownership and a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.  

4.1.4 A signed declaration under penalty of perjury.

4.2 Counter-Notices

If you dispute a removal, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction.

4.3 Model Removal Requests

Models may request removal for privacy or safety reasons. Each request is individually assessed. If approved, content is unpublished from public view. WetPlace may retain non-public copies for legal compliance (see 4.4).

4.4 Lawful Archival After Removal

Following an approved removal, WetPlace may retain archived copies of the material for legal compliance, audit, or chargeback defense, subject to applicable data protection laws.

4.5 False or Abusive Claims

Submitting false, abusive or bad-faith takedown notices may result in account restrictions, suspension, or legal action.

4.6 Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property or submit abusive notices may be suspended or terminated.
