2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WetPlace you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

 

2.2 Eligibility

2.2.1 You must be at least 18 years old.  

2.2.2 You must be legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

 

2.3 Prohibited Content

2.3.1 Underage or potentially underage content is strictly prohibited.  

2.3.2 Non-consensual content, exploitative or violent material is prohibited.  

2.3.3 AI-generated sexual/synthetic media is prohibited.

 

2.4 Prohibited Keywords (Monitoring)

Examples of blocked terms include: teen, underage, child, minor, forced, rape, sleeping, drunk, hypno, incest, hidden camera, trafficked. Content using such terms is blocked or removed.

 

2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

Registration and access are not permitted from Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Belarus, Russia, Cuba, Sudan, and any jurisdictions listed by FATF or OFAC as sanctioned or high-risk. WetPlace may update this list as required.

 

2.6 Model Rights & Licensing

Models grant WetPlace a license to publish approved content under the terms of the signed Model Release/Content License. Models retain rights as specified in their contract, subject to the license granted to WetPlace.

 

2.7 Enforcement

WetPlace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, block transactions, and remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

 

2.8 Disclaimers & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WetPlace is not liable for user-generated content. WetPlace will act promptly to remove illegal or violating content once identified or reported.

 

2.9 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated or synthetic sexual content is not allowed. Only real, consenting, verified human performers may appear in content.

 

2.10 Model Age & Identity Verification (KYC)

Publishing requires completion of KYC: government-issued ID, a selfie/liveness check, and a signed Model Release/Content License confirming legal age (18+). Unverified accounts cannot publish.

 

2.11 Content Removal Requests

Models may request removal for privacy or personal reasons. Requests are individually reviewed. If approved, content can be unpublished while lawful records may be retained for compliance and dispute resolution.

 

2.12 Enforcement & Account Actions

WetPlace may suspend, restrict or permanently ban accounts found in breach of these Terms. Emergency actions (including content removal) may be taken without prior notice to comply with law or protect third parties.
