KYC documents, including ID, selfie, and signed releases, are collected to verify age and identity and are stored securely. Retention is limited to what is necessary for compliance, disputes, chargeback defense, and legal obligations.

Processing data for AML and fraud prevention is performed under legal obligation and/or legitimate interest to protect the platform and comply with applicable law.
